Verizon has the most wireless subscribers in the United States, with the figure standing at almost 150 million customers. With a client base this large, they need a website that is able to accommodate an immense variety of people.
AKQA was tasked with the opportunity to transform the My Verizon online digital experience. This included a full redesign of the logged in state of the website for desktop and mobile and alignment with the My Verizon app.
